Kid Flash is grateful for the solid surface to run on, but after watching the Titan shrug off Dex's attack, he doesn't like the way this is going.
Time for a change of plans.
He easily stays ahead of the cracking ice as he races toward the Titan's leg, and up his body toward his face.
