Later that Day
After finishing his day at school (which went by so slowly that Jai thought he was going to lose his mind), he checked the time on his phone. It was just after two. Traya should be out of her classes right now, shouldn't she?
He'd surprise her at her dorm.
The run from Central City to Metropolis was about three minutes, give or take. Jai was curious to see how much time he could after Hermes' upgrade on his powers. Finding a secluded spot near the back of the school, Jai drops and takes off toward Traya's.
One minute later, Jai is in front of her building. He hadn't even had time to think about what he'd say when he got to the door, he'd gotten there so fast. He was also shocked to realize that he hadn't exerted himself at all.
He knocks on her door, hoping she's here right now.
