Warhawk activates the Claw of Horus, allowing it to attune itself to the planet's magnetic core. After Steve distracts him and Will attacks, Rex follows up with a blow from his mace that's backed by the weight of the planet.
He'll attack and fly out of range, letting Atlas focus on him so that Will and Steve can start the process again.
