The Computer does, indeed, tell Cyrus where the bad Collectors touched it. He will note the existence of a virus in the system that gave them access to the base's data files. Their firewall blunted most of the damage, but couldn't completely stop it.
Cyrus will find it child's play (no pun intended) to quarantine the virus and get it out of the system. Once he's done that, he can also get the colony's defense turrets online, as well as their long-range scanners. Now, they'll have some warning if the Collectors show up.
Finally, Cyrus also notes that the bunker where the other colonists are holing up is below them and that there are 210 colonists of the 300 that originally came here in the bunker. Estimates of their supplies put their current survival rate at 1.5 months from today's date, provided that everything is rationed well.
There are supply ships scheduled to land each week, but the Collector blockade of the planet makes it impossible for them to land.
