"I'm starting an organization to give children alternatives to the streets. It's called Neon Knights. I've been talking to some investors from around town and I think this could really work for Star City. If it does, I'm going to open a center or two in Gotham and see how it takes.
Eventually, I'll go worldwide with it, but I've got to start small." Tim tells her.
"I'm also going to start going after the gangs here and get them to either stop or shut down the dealing, the prostitution rings...all of it." Tim says.
"I've got back up in some ways, but I could use it from you and maybe Oliver as well."
