"No, they don't. You, me, Roy and Dick all somehow managed to get on the Lucky Train as kids. I have to say that I've thought about it, Mia. Adopting a kid who needs someone to believe in them the way Green Arrow and Batman believed in us, once upon a time." Tim says.
"I wouldn't introduce the kid to The Life, right away, but...I've got money, I've got life experience and I think I can make a difference in some kid's life. I feel like it would be selfish of me to /not/ try." Tim says, looking out over the city.
