The pair turned a corner and found themselves face to face with none other than Captain Atom.
"That's far enough." Captain Atom says, looking at Zoe and Vertigo. He raises a glowing fist as four guards come to back him up.
"The two of you are committing a crime. You can surrender right now or you'll join the rest of the scum in here by force." he says.
