Getting away from the cops was a lucky break, provided to them only by the fact that Detective Falconeri had been the first person to enter the building. He'd want answers later, but getting out of there was paramount.
In Lian's hotel room, Tim would close all the blinds and make sure the place wasn't bugged before he took off his gear, though he left his mask on.
"All right, Lian. You need to tell me what's going on, because right now, I might be an accomplice to murder and I don't like how that sounds." Tim tells her.
"Why did you go after Dobrev?"
