They waited until Jay Garrick had left the house for the day. Even though the man who called himself Terrific wanted vengeance on the man who had killed his great-grandfather, he knew it was not in the plan.
No. They were to kidnap Joan Garrick and, if possible, capture and contain Steven Garrick, the current flash of the JSA. His companion, Rock Star's, enchanted guitar work had gotten them inside the house, invisibly.
They reappeared before the old woman.
"Come quietly, ma'am," Terrific snarled, "and you won't get hurt."
