James Abbot doesn't both with rope. He simply leaps from the chopper, transforming on his way down and howling his inhuman rage into the Star City night.
He is flanked by ten ninja, the most deadly among the Master's servants. Whoever stands between the Demon's Head and his lady will fall, and James will devour their entrails.
As James hits the ground, he notices the man at the front of the building and turns to face him.
