Roy looks at his daughter thoughtfully. He knew, from several of his contacts, that Jade had been taking contracts from the League for a quite awhile now. He'd hoped to keep Lian from finding out, but that seemed not to be happening.
"All right. I'm going to stifle the urge to ask you what the hell you were thinking by doing something that crazy.
