Hola. This was a good week. I got A's on all three of my tests! Our truck tent finally came in the mail and so did my new school shoes! I'm having English Muffin pizzas for din-din tonight and I'm pretty much the happiest girl alive lol. Tomorrow I'm going to home to San Antonio so my step-mom can cut and dye my hair. I'll finally get this ratty bleach out of my hair.
I don't know if I ever said this but this block is crazy just because now we're finally having to create all our own things. Like, every test has a theme and then we just go with it. Monday was Phyllo day and we just had to make something. Wednesday was Puff Pastry and today was pears or apples. It's pretty wild. I love that we get to just do whatever and be creative :)

My sorbet cornel is ENORMOUS because I got stuck with having to use the MONSTER SPOON. Oh well.

Pine Nut Tart, Maple Roasted Bosc Pear with sauce, Pear Spritzer Sorbet, Pear Chips. Hard to see the colors on this one.
New shoes for school! YES! They weren't supposed to get here until July 3rd but I got TODAY! Hurray!!
