There are a lot of things/people that are really important to me.
My FamilyI have a really small family compared to some. Its just me, my parents, my sister, my two cousins and one of their wives, an aunt and two grandmothers. Because we are so small we are all super close. Every sunday we have family dinner at my house. Its cute haha.

My sister and I never used to get along..like ever. She is 5 1/2 years older than me so we never really were intersted in the same things at the same time. But now I feel like that is finally starting to change.

If me and whoever I marry are half as great as my parents I will be satisfied. They have taught me and my sister so much about love. We look up to them a lot. And they have been really great parents to us.
My Best FriendLauren and I went through the worst of growing up pains together pretty much right as we met each other. She is literally like my soul mate but the friend kind haha. Ive never had more fun with anyone else and I can totally be myself and she doesnt care. I know that shes going to be that friend who is there for me for the rest of my life.

My Signifigant OtherChris and I have been dating for almost 7 months. Just like Lauren he met me when I was totally lost in my life and was there for my through the worst. I have pulled out the best in him and I know he has changed me for the better. I fell head over heels in love with Chris after I got to know him and that hasnt changed once.

I also have gotten to know his family so well. It means a lot to me and him that they have accepted me and love to spend time with us. Im also good friends with his older brother.

My UniversityI am a sophomore at the University of Maryland in College Park, MD. I absolutely love it here. It is such a big school so there are so many things to do, be involved with and people to meet! I love traditions and UMD is full of them. Its only ten minutes from my house and 5 minutes from where I went to high school..so I am really familiar with the area which is definitely a plus.

Me sitting on our mascot Testudo. His head is shiny because students rub his nose for goodluck before tests and such.
This year I live in a single in the nicest dorm on our North Campus. I lived here last year as well in a forced triple on an all freshman floor. I love my room this year but I cant WAIT to move into the apartment Lauren lives in now after her roommates graduate.
Oh and I am a Theatre Major haha.
My JobMy job was voted one of the best jobs on campus. I got interviewed by our school's newspaper The Diamondback and they decided based off what I said that it was a job most students want. And I dont blame them!!
The Hoff Theatre is the campus Movie Theatre. We have a huge screen that comes down on a stage. We show two movies regularly throughout the week in addition to a free movie every Friday at 5pm and other student groups can sponsor movies on certain days as well.
We are insanely cheap. I dont know how it is where you guys live but here in MD at a regular movie theatre it would be a $20+ adventure for ticket, concessions and all that jazz. At The Hoff its $5 tickets, $2-4 popcorn and $1 sodas!!
We get advanced screenings of movies that havent come out yet and they are free for everyone.
Not to mention there is a TON of down time so I get paid to sit on facebook, play poker, do my homework, hang out with people that work with me including my boyfriend and best friend.
We have a lot of fun haha

And I make THE BEST popcorn haha

Concessions. Where I rule the world.

Okay. I think Ive rambled on enough. If anyone actually read it all. I applaud you. I tend to get excited about things that are important to me. ♥
