Both Doombots ceased firing and collapsed. They remained unmoving but they were hardly destroyed. It took several moments to rewire their internal circuitry and then they were up again. They turned their robotic eyes onto Quinn and advanced, still surging with electric energy. Energy that was about to be unleashed.
In unison, the two Doombots raised their hands and, still advancing, cast a bolt of lightning at Quinn.
