The only worth in this, perhaps, is saving innocents. Ultron has no soul to judge, all the guilt, from the Rider's perspective, clings to Von Doom, still not present. That doesn't make Ultron any less dangerous, or any less lethal, and even a threat to the Ghost Rider - but not a souled or guilty one.
