I'll grant his methods are extreme at times, but he did stop Doom from conquering the world twice, and quite potentially saved homo superior from absolute destruction.... now before you worry too much about me saying anything, believe me, I understand the cost of what he's done possibly better than anyone alive, but you're going to have to be /very/ careful how you speak about the Tzar in this country. Virtually everyone alive here owes him their lives, most of them directly, you're not going to get much support if you lump him in with Doom and Apocalypse."
