Fafnir tried to scream in pain, but the lightning going down his throat prevented it. Pain laced through him and then came another attack from Morg. More pain. He was hurting by this point and his thick hide and scales did little to protect him.
Fafnir had never been hurt like this before and he found that he did not like it. He turned and started retreating.
