"Happened, past tense. There's a lot of physics and big words involved in what's happening, so for simplicity's sake, let's start with the basics... There has been a disruption in the timestream. Because eventually, all dimensions are interconnected, when one got disrupted, it had a ripple effect through many others, and threatens to destroy almost everything. In the process, history as you know it didn't happen the way you remember, and each of you became unhinged in time, but with one exception out of the seven of you, you were central enough to the 'right' history in your time that I was able to save you and bring you here.
