There's no question that the dress is having the desired effect. The guards probably didn't even notice Tasha's face. Garner is a little more professional, but only slightly. He is a man who enjoys his luxuries - if there was any question, the general opulence of his office, combined with his self-congratulatory decor, lots of articles about him and his UCWF are framed about the place, gives away a good deal about his character.
"I'm sorry, ma'am, I didn't get your name. But I understand you have, what was it, an offer I can't refuse?" he asks, extending a hand.
