But it's one of those things Everybody Knows: Don't talk about Mr. Whitman around Mr. Bennet. It's not Mr. Whitman's fault. Mr. Bennet just knew some of his family a long time ago. Mr. Bennet lives here, mostly. Mom says he has 'Complex Posttrau-matic Stress Dis-order.' And it gets worse when he's upset. The last time somebody upset him, it took forever to rebuild that part of the grounds and put the hills right-side up again and all that."
