Sabretooth dodges part of the repulsorblasts, quick as ever, but still gets clipped, leaving deep, nasty burns along one shoulder... which, while not instant, can be seen visibly healing as he charges Natasha - in this state, his healing factor is overclocked, pushing as hard as it can with full adrenaline.
He leaps, taking a claw swipe as he goes.
