Dorrek's stunned by the shockwave, but fortunately his healing factor means that he's not out of the fight yet. He wheedles around clumsily as Sarah strikes with lightning, aiming low to keep from accidentally knocking Sarah off her perch. Lightning is definitely faster than he is, he'll take advantage of the aftermath to hit.
