"I like the classics. My Mom's the one who is into the high tech gadgets and cars. Dad's the classic guy and that's where I get it from."

He opened the garage door and started the car. The engine roared to life and then settled into a steady purr.

Veronica loves the scent of the car, the smell of the leather, and buckles in, relaxing as the engine starts up.

"So, how many other girls have you take for a ride in Marla?" she asks.

Bobby shrugged. "One? Two maybe? Most of the time I stay in the city and take the subway. Easier than driving."

"Is that the truth? I like the subway, though it's really funny when I think about my dad using it to knockout a bad guy once." she chuckles.

"What's your favorite thing to do in the city, Bobby?" she asks.

"I don't lie," he said. That sounds like an interesting story to say the least."

He pulled out of the garage and maneuvered the car into traffic.

He shrugged. "Clubs, movies, museums, and the like. There's also a lot of great places to eat."
