Okay, you guys. I have a couple thing to talk about.

1. I have an honor that's been submitted, but I don't feel comfortable posting it. Technically it's an honor, but it comes off a bit as being along the lines of a flame. Basically, it's honoring someone for saying something negative to someone else. How do you all feel about that?

Should I post it or send it over to [info]flamecup? I obviously don't know who made it, and they'll probably stay anon and that's fine, but at least it will be posted somewhere.

I just don't like the feeling I have about it and posting it in tomorrow update.

I'm asking you all so I can try to be fair about this and so people won't think I'm deleting honors or something.

okay.

2. We don't have enough honors AGAIN. Please y'all...make some honors! Make me proud!

Submit them in the SUBMISSIONS POST below this. NOT HERE! Thanks!

To me, the community is about being positive to one another, so it doesn't feel right to have an 'honor' that's supports something negative. But that's my my two cents. ^^;

Ooh, I'll have to try and make honors then~

I agree with everyone. Send it over to flamecup hun. If it's not honoring someone, but encouraging such negativity than it has no business being in honorcup.

"1. Graphics should be in either .gif, .jpeg or .png format & not ridiculously large.
2. Do not submit honors regarding children under 13.
3. Do not submit honors with private information, such as full name including last name, address, telephone number, pictures or screen name, UNLESS they are publicly accessible (userinfo, myspace, etc.) at the time of submission.
4. Save the honoring for the submission posts. The concept of this community becomes pointless when everyone reveals who submitted the honors.
5. DO NOT SUBMIT HONORS ABOUT YOURSELF. Nobody would know (some of us could probably guess), but you'd feel pretty lousy if you needed to make yourself an honor to boost your self-esteem. If we find out you've made an honor for yourself, or if it looks like it was made for yourself, we will delete it immediately.
6. Do not submit honors that contain nudity of a minor, nudity of minors can be considered Child Pornography. In this case, a minor is anyone under 18.
7. ALL IMAGES MUST BE UPLOADED TO EITHER TINYPIC.COM OR IMAGESHACK.US
"

You need to post the honor where the anon originally sent it. The rules are set and having an honor that promotes negativity isn't against them. It's unfair to pick and choose which honors are posted and which are sent to [info]flamecup or removed just because you're uncomfortable with the content.

What's honorcup when there's negativity about? It doesn't seem right to me. I agree with [info]kirie.

I agree with most people on here either send it to [info]flamecup or delete it.

And since this is [info]honorcup and not [info]flamecup you should probably add to the rules that no negative honors or seemingly negative honors will be posted since you are supposed to honor people not be negative towards them.
