And what a name it was.

The Red Hulk is sitting in a containment cell designed by Bruce Banner at an "undisclosed location" in the southwest.

He colluded with MODOK and the Leader long enough to get his daughter back, but they wound up turning her into a Hulk. He got so drunk on this power that he tried to take over the country himself after seeing it go so far wrong... and that kind of treason is the reason he can't ever reveal who he really is.

So he sits. Stewing in his own failure. Really wanting to smash something.
