The Governor seems enchanted by Natasha, kissing her hand. "The pleasure is all mine, Miss Romanova. Mr. Stark keeps excellent company." the man says, being as charming as etiquette allows.
Tony is not the jealous type, really, but he barely likes the Governor and knows a game when he sees it. Tony remembers him trying to use the same lines on Pepper.
"David, we gotta hit the golf course again, soon. Say, how's your wife?" Tony asks conversationally.
The smile on the Governor's face falters for a moment, then reasserts itself. "She's great. Not feeling well this evening. But yes, Tony, we need to get back on the green. In fact, I'll have my people call your people. Please excuse me." he says.
The Governor smiles at Natasha again, then goes back to his table.
"Can you believe that guy? Hitting on a woman right in front of her date. Some people have no class." Tony says.
"And we're leaving as soon as I make my donation." he tells her.
