The blow to the back of her head hurt like the blazes; just because she had a healing factor didn't mean she couldn't feel pain. The solid crack was evidence of that.
Rose's healing factor was just barely keeping up with the pounding. Enough to keep her alive... but she needed a breather to get truly recovered.
