She hears the sound of running water and curses inwardly. She's going to have to move fast.
When the door opens, she pounces, trying to get her hands near Cait's face. If she can take the heat out there, while it won't be immediately lethal, its more likely to be disorienting and cause problems focusing.
Regardless, once she's made contact, she ducks back down the hall, trying to get cover and let Cait make the next move rather than risking everything all at once.
Cait has the more versatile power, no question, but Mikhaila has a world of experience in these type of operations on her.
