That breaks Mikhaila's concentration, and forces her to go dodging out of the way, with a scrape across a shoulder. She manages to stay silent however. She knows Cait only has so much water to work with, and can only maintain a finite number of effects at a time. Trying to draw more of her reserves off, she picks up one of the icicles Cait used against her, and flings it down the hall to try and get her to either attack, or at least respond in that direction.
