Anya looked at Charlie and struggled to keep a straight face. Then she glanced over at Steve. She couldn't help it. She burst out laughing.
"Charlie, you sound SO much like your dad." She patted his cheek and then kissed it. "Steve and I didn't get married. We bought rings to make you think we did because Iason told us what you were doing. We came here to see a concert."
"And YOU," she turned to Toni. "I made you a promise when we were five that I would never get married without you as my maid of honor. I've never broken a promise and I'm not going to start now."
