"Hey, there." he said, letting his Australian accent come to the fore. He could turn it on and off when needed, and people usually liked accents.
"My name is St. John Allerdyce, Joey to m'friends. I was wonderin' if you had any spare rooms available? I was told how t'find my way here and...I'm in need of some help." he says.
