Foxx didn't mention them needing appointments to get in. She said it was 'come as you are'. he thought to himself.
"No, I don't have an appointment. I was hopin' to speak with the Professor. He...might know someone I'm seeking that came through here." Joey says. He doesn't want to pull out the pathetic 'I'm looking for my mother' line, and that's giving them enough info to screw him over.
"If there's anyone on staff I can speak to, it'd be really helpful." he says.
