As Moira's a very heavy girl for her size, she'll hit the ground with quite an onomatopoeiac whumpf, but spring up before the dust of her landing clears.
And yes, that will be before Ryan can get up, because there are occasional perks to being a wolf-demigoddess. She's going to turn back to him and try to grab his arm.
