By that time, Zak managed to get to his feet again. He had also recovered a missing weapon- his gun, which had been thrown away from him during his first fall. Luckily it had landed on the crown.

He didn't waste time trying to assess the situation. Zak aims and fires his gun. His target? It was just a warning shot, meant to graze the skin along the back of Detonite's neck. Those who didn't know Zak was chalk that up to bad aim.

"I ain't outta the fight yet... sucka." He may as well have been.
