Patriot hasn't left her bedside, but when the family arrived, he discreetly stepped to the hallway, where he waited.
This isn't his Tasha. He's happy for her. He knew she had something with Tony back in his world... and with Murdock, for that matter. It's not a shock.
And her children are great.
But it fills him with a longing that they never quite managed to make things work out. He doesn't know how he got here, but he knows that if he ever makes it back... he's going to make things right.
