Iason rushes for the spire of the citadel, pouring on the speed and ignoring Apocalypse's fliers, zooming right past them. He trusts Rachel to TK the others in so they can engage the Horsemen right behind him.
Even that fight isn't for him - he's following the path his vision showed him, and going straight for Apocalypse.
