What did I just get myself into? Melissa thinks, seeing this newcomer is indeed packing at least some of the heat she said she was. If she wasn't lying about that, then she might be on the level about the other stuff.
Melissa grins outwardly at Crosshairs' bumping against her, as Jimmy at the counter looks at both women as if he's just died and gone to Heaven. He'd probably quit his job now and offer to go soak bullets if one of them asked him right.
She lets her new friend order and considers that she doesn't know her name.
"What should I call you tonight?" Melissa asks.
