The staff flew by Ohu, very narrowly missing his head, navigated its way down the stairs, and into the living room where Syd and Dawn were still sitting.
It hovered for a moment, as though navigating, and then made a bee-line toward Dawn at full speed.
She threw her hands up to protect herself and in doing so, grasped on to the staff.
BOOM!
There was a flash of light and for those mystically inclined, a sense of a rush of power. Where Dawn had once stood, there now appeared to be Asleif, looking extremely confused.
"What... What the hell just happened?!"
