Misha returned the nod with respect; it would be no dishonor to fight and lose as long as the Empress was championed by the best of them. Muscle memory kicked in and she moved to automatically block the right coming at her.
The unfamiliar body made the motion feel clumsy and the block was not as effective as it should have been. Misha was knocked back a few steps. He recovered and came back with a right of her own.
