The concussive blast strikes, and an image shatters like glass. Several yards back, in the blind spot created by the illusory figure, the 'real' Vincent releases a wide area volley of fireballs. The illusion had replaced the real one about halfway through her journey across the room.
It's not a weak attack, taken as a whole, but spread out as it is, it's meant to test her opponent's mobility and durability.
