The mental cloudiness of trying to read Iason's thoughts apparently helps her, because Vincent chose precisely the wrong tactic to take. Not only does Iason not need sleep in the traditional sense, she dislikes doing so. That's when the visions come.
She shrugs off the attempt at mind control easily, launching at Vincent in a sudden blur of flight speed, lowering her shoulder.
Apparently her glory is not what's bothering her about this, so that suggestion too misses any effect by a wide mark, and for the moment, she's focused on the fight again.
