Did she mention that she wasn't fond of nicknames? Because that earned just the smallest of scowls from her at Joey.

"Thank you," she said, taking Lucas' offered hand and shaking it. "I'm sorry for causing any disturbances with my sudden...entrance." Different universe or not, though, speaking to her parents would be nice. "If it's possible...could I maybe speak to Scott Summers or Emma Frost-Summers? They may not be the parents that I know from back home...but it would just be comforting to at least meet them."
