He was about to ask her what Ana meant by a statement she made earlier when she told him to hit the dirt. Ever a fan of living, Joey didn't ask question: he dropped like a stone.
He'd wait for the birds to go past, then look to Rose.
"You want me to blow 'em out of the sky?" he asks.
