"Lucky you," she said jokingly. "Don't get me wrong. I adore my siblings, but I have often wondered what it would be like to be an only child."
Anya nodded. "Right. That we can work on. Dad should be able to help. He's had his own heart problems over the years and has also helped with Cassie Lang's heart problems."
"Just give my Dad a chance and he'll come around and warm up to you. He's had a lot to deal with recently. We all have. Life's been pretty insane the past two years."
