Avery brought Indian food to the mansion along with a couple of books on archaeology. He'd been trying to learn more about it lately so he could have conversations with Sydney, though he knew he'd never match her encyclopedic memory. Still, listening to her talk so passionately about her love of history was a big turn-on. He loved her and enjoyed seeing her happy.

Once inside, he picked out a bottle of wine for them, and brought the food to the table, then went to go find Sydney.

Johnny was back in the Baxter Building for the week.  Filming was going great on his new movie, but the news that they were ahead of schedule gave way to the decision that everybody was going to get a break.  Honestly, Johnny didn't agree with the decision.  He wanted to be right there and keep playing his part.  But it wasn't his decision, so he had to cope with being home for the little week he had to himself, his friends, and his family.

He took to the kitchen and made come coffee--extremely hot coffee--and looked around to see if anybody was lazing about.  He had heard about Franklin moving out west, which was not much of a surprise to him.  And apparently Daniel had a girlfriend and a couple of friends out west where Franklin was living.  Scotty seemed to be having the same luck with friends.  So much was happening with the little kids.

It was seven in the evening.  His target was in the kitchen, grabbing a beer.  He was on a break from training some of the other kids in the mansion, and Zak was ready to take full advantage.  He strolled into the kitchen all casual-like, trying to hide the big grin on his face.  He just watched for the moment, probably making it super awkward.
