Vincent smirks, and would ruffle Scotty's hair if he was in reach. "Normally I imagine she'd be just as lovely as Moira. When I knew them back when I was... well, your age, they could both change just fine."
He turns to the ladies. "So are you going to be around until Danielle gets fixed? I'm sure Andrea and I could show you around the city." He turns to her. "If that's alright with you." Aside from rounding out the group with another humanoid to join the conversation, he knew Andrea didn't get out enough on her own.
