Ulf allows Svalin to translate for him as he speaks, giving them the background on the previous encounters.
"None of our weapons were able to damage the ships. The Kangbots, as you call them, are far stronger than even our strongest. There were small gaps in their armor that allowed us to fell three of them... at the cost of more than forty men including the former chief. They are fast and maneuverable - their ships cut off the first attempts at retreat. Any hope of success would rely upon surprise, and keeping them in one place."
