Rebound's pretty glad his goggles hide the 'oh ****!' look that comes to his eys when Phil starts levitating. He always did have trouble with fliers. Momentarily cursing the fact that flight didn't get passed down to him from either parents, the hero with the bright red hair punches his open palm to call up a shield.
"Glad to hear ya have a goal. Everyone needs one," he taunts. The blast connects and the pavement below Rebound cracks and breaks as he's forced down to one knee. "Why don't you come back down here and play?" he asks, standing back up. "Or am I gonna have to come up there?"
Okay...gotta watch out. This guy hits hard and I don't want to overload. he thinks to himself, trying to plan an effective attack and way to burn off enough energy without seriously hurting anyone.
