Mikhail Petrovich Romanov, tsar of Russia, walked down the hall of SHIELD medical flanked by the members of the Winter Guard. When he heard of the attack on a member of the royal family he had been concerned. Then he found out that it was his aunt and the heir to the throne, he was doubly concerned. Was it an attack on the family or was it an attack on her husband?
It had taken some time, but a visit to the United States had been arranged and he wasn't going to go without protection. The Winter Guard had accompanied him and would be acting as his personal guard. They had all volunteered even before being asked.
