Matt calls out as Dracula bites Shelly. This was his fault. He'd come in here like Billy Bad-Ass and now Shelly, Lynch, Michelle and Greg could die for his arrogance.
No. Not like this.
The sudden jolt of energy that enters him lasts for less than a minute, but Matt suddenly knows magic that he was never taught, spells that he knows have only the blackest of intentions and endings. When the jolt of energy fades, Matt's eyes glow a faint, sinister blue.
"Michelle, Karen...get out of dodge /right now/." Matt says, vanishing.
The moment after he does so, Shelly vanishes as well, and reappears on the other side of the room, away from the chaos. Matt vanishes again...
and reappears before Dracula.
"It ends here, Vampire Lord." Matt says, right before he unleashes a blast of force to try to slam Dracula through the nearest wall.
